Customer Payment Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2024

At PreciseTake Multimedia, we value and appreciate the trust and partnership of our clients who choose to work with us. Your support enables us to provide high-quality digital marketing and production services nationwide. To maintain our commitment to excellence and ensure the sustainability of our operations, we are implementing updates to our payment policy, effective June 1, 2024. These changes are crucial for managing delinquent accounts and continuing to deliver the high standards you expect from us.

Key Changes to the Payment Policy:
-

-
Any NET 30 account that falls delinquent for more than three (3) business days will lose its NET 30 privileges.
-
Services will be suspended until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
-
After three (3) infractions, pre-payment will be required for all future services.
-
-
Late Fees:
-
We will now enforce late fees, which will be reflected automatically on invoices after the first day of delinquency.
-
Past-due invoices are subject to a late fee of 5% per month on the value of the unpaid balance.
-
Unpaid late fees will result in a suspension of services.
-
-
Production Days:
-
Scheduled production days will be released and resold for any account ten (10) days past due.
-
Bringing the account current will not automatically renew production days.
-
-
Payment Plans:
-
Past-due payment plans are strongly discouraged.
-
Payment plans that are late more than once will be terminated, and the total balance will be due immediately.
-
-
Payment Options:
-
We no longer accept payments by mail.
-
We accept electronic payments (Bank ACH, Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).

-

Importance of Timely Payments:
Timely payments are essential for the smooth operation of our business and the high-quality service we provide. NET 30 terms were initially designed to offer flexibility in cash flow management by giving clients a 30-day grace period to settle their invoices. However, when a date is reserved for you, it is removed from our calendar and cannot be resold. Essential resources are then allocated to ensure we are ready to deliver the exceptional service you deserve. Delinquent payments disrupt this process and significantly impact our operations and service quality. Your prompt payment helps us support our nationwide team and maintain the high standards of service you expect.

Our Commitment to You:
We sincerely appreciate the businesses that have chosen PreciseTake Multimedia for their digital marketing and production needs. Our updated payment policy is designed to ensure continued excellence and operational integrity. We are committed to maintaining a transparent and professional relationship with all our clients, and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we implement these necessary changes.

Note: This policy applies to all customers. However, city, state, and federal entities should adhere to the terms and conditions of our government contract.
